Get Involved

With the current financial difficulties and proposed reforms to supported housing likely to stretch refuge funding to breaking point, the need for The Phenomenal Women has never been greater. That means we must widen and strengthen our circle of support.  You can help:

• By collecting toiletry products. Every single item donated goes to someone in need. Get in touch if you have items or are prepared to donate a voucher for us to shop with 

​

• By donating new/nearly new toys, books and games.  Personalising the children’s Christmas gifts with age appropriate books and toys is often our biggest job.  Sweets go down very well too!

• By responding to ad hoc requests (through our Facebook group) through out the year for anything from new bedding to specific toys for a homesick child.  Or furnishings for the refuges and new start homes.

​

We hope you’ll recognise us an enterprising community-minded initiative that’s making a real difference to some of the most vulnerable people in our society, and get involved.
